A few hazardous materials may lawfully be transported under certain conditions if they are properly packaged and labeled. Such items may be listed, provided that the listing contains a clear notice of the hazardous nature of the material, and a description of the planned method of shipping that complies with the law.
All claims for errors, defects, or damaged materials against DBChemic must be made by the buyer in writing within 7 days of buyer's receipt of the materials in question. All errors, defects, or damaged materials claimed by buyer must be confirmed by DBChemic's inspection. In the event the DBChemic and buyer are unable to reach an amicable solution to the claim, the materials in question should be examined by a third party accepted by both DBChemic and buyer for judgment.

Payment and Impairment of Credit:
Payment due date are specified DBChemic's quotation and invoice in writing. The net days is counted from the date of invoice, the buyer may be charged interest for over due at the rate of 15% per annum on any outstanding balance. The buyer shall reimburse DBChemic, upon demand, for any costs of collection incurred by DBChemic, including reasonable attorneys' fee. If buyer is or becomes insolvent, or is unable to pay its debts as they mature, or files or has files against it a bankruptcy, insolvency, or if DBChemic in good faith doubt the ability of buyer to pay, DBChemic may demand cash payment in advance before shipments are made.

Shipping and Return:
Shipping charges are non refundable. Postal delivery is at your own risk. If there is any visible damage at time of delivery, the carrier must make note of this on receipt. Prior authorization for any and all returned merchandise is required. Returns may be proved only at original packages and unopened conditions and claims must be made within 7 days of buyer's receipt of the materials. All shipping charges on returned merchandise are the sole responsibility of the buyer returning the product. If there are no errors, defects, or damages of the merchandise, 15% restocking fee should be paid by the buyer. Cancelled orders after sign on the purchase order (whether shipped or not) are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. This is covered our labor at preparation, packing, documents, et al. DBChemic reserves the right to ship excess or deficiency of five weight percent (+/- 5%) on materials ordered.
