Rare Earth − Zr Complex Oxide

[Applied Field]

  • Catalyst for cleaning exhaust gases of automotives and motorcycles

  • Cleaning of industrial organic exhaust gases and indoor air

  • Catalyst for nature gases combustion

  • Catalytic decomposition in fluidized-bed in oil refining industry

[Product Properties]

  • Scientific prescriptions can provide the product good oxygen storage and release capacity. It dramatically decreases the activation temperature of the catalyst and improves the efficiency of catalysis. The Ce-Zr solid solution doped with La and Yt has better high temperature stability and fits for the coupled effective catalysis of the cleaning of automobile exhaust gases.

  • Appropriate aperture can cause the active noble metals disperse in favor of the mass and heat transfer of the system and the improvement of the catalytic activity, resulting in an increase of combustion efficiency.

  • The product has fine granularity and uniform distribution. Rubbing and precise classification technology can control the grain size from 1 to 2 μm, which can avoid sedimentation during material spreading and improve the product uniformity.
