Ion Powder

[Applied Field]

  • Chemical fibers or viscose additives. Ion fibers, prepared by adding super fine ion powders into polyester, polypropylene, can release ions when fabricated into wall cloth, curtain and eliminate indoor abnormal flavor with double functions of health care and environment protection.

  • Coating additives. Coating additives prepared by surface-filming treatment can be homogeneously dispersed in all kinds of interior wall coatings to eliminate abnormal flavor, improve indoor air quality, enhance the bonding ability between coating and wall.

  • Ceramic balls for water treatment. Ceramic balls prepared with ion powders as main raw material can kill bacteria, make water activated, clean the organic peroxidation groups in human body when used to treat the drinking water. They can prevent calcium, magnesium ions infiltrating on the metal surface, reduce fouling and prolong the running period of boilers.

[Product Properties]

  • Super fine tourmaline (rare ice stone) powders with permanent thermoelectric and piezoelectric effects can generate extremely high static voltage causing the surrounding air ionizing when the outside temperature and pressure even changes very little. The impacted electrons attach on the adjacent oxygen molecules and make them to negative oxygen molecules.
