Conductive Powder
[Applied Field]
- Combining with other paintings, they can be added
into coatings, inks, plastics, rubbers and fibers to make
anti-static products. The products can be used in all
kinds of industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical
industry, electronics, electromechanical, communication,
automobile, medicine, papermaking, textile, coal, ceramic,
astronautics & aeronautics and weapon, as well as in the
daily-living conductive and anti-static fields.
[Product Properties]
- Light color conductive powders are easily modulated
to permanent conductors with all kinds of light white colors.
They are featured with light color, easy dispersion, temperature
tolerance, high stability, corrosion tolerance, good
wave-transparent and conductivity.
-
Light color conductive powders overcome the poor properties of
the anti-static agents on temperature, water, oil, corrosion,
time tolerances and the unstable anti-static property, as well
as the applicable limitation, that the relative humidity of the
environment must be above 60% and the area specific resistance
must be above 100 mega ohm. They also overcome the defects of
the black conductive graphite on poor dispersion of carbon black,
dark color of the products, hard to adjust color, easy to cause
environment pollution during manufacture and application. They
overcome the defects of the metal powders like aluminum,
cuprum, nickel on easily oxidized, poor corrosion resistance
and interfering the radio waves.
