Anti-Ultraviolet Powder

[Applied Field]

  • Chemical fibers and textiles: Anti-ultraviolet polyester products are prepared by adding anti-ultraviolet agents during polymerization or blending. They are applicable to tents, beach umbrellas & parasols, women's summer dresses, socks, farming clothes, sport suits and gauze kerchieves, etc.

  • Sun block cosmetics: Applicable to sun block cream & fluid, skin lotion, facial cleanser, latex, foundation cream, pressed powder, lipstick, etc.

  • Plastics: anti-ageing.

  • Coatings: Improving weatherability.

[Product Properties]

  • It is closed to human skin color. Comparing with the commonly used titanium oxide and zinc oxide anti-ultraviolet masking agents, cerium oxide has the advantages such as wide spectrum absorption in ultraviolet region, high transmissivity in visible region, near human body's natural color, etc.

  • Catalytic stability: Using in plastics and coatings, cerium oxide with good transparency and low coverage rates can avoid photocatalysis and be applicable to anti-ageing for color coatings and plastics.
