Alumina-supported Rare Earth −Zr Complex Oxide

[Applied Field]

  • Catalyst for cleaning exhaust gases of automotives and motorcycles

  • Cleaning of industrial organic exhaust gases and indoor air

  • Catalyst for nature gases combustion

  • Catalytic decomposition in fluidized-bed in oil refining industry

[Product Properties]

  • Being carried by γ-Al2O3 can accelerate the dispersing of rare earth-Zr complex oxide in the carrier and keep the stability of the specific surface area at high temperature. Therefore, it improves the activity and lifetime of the catalyst materials

  • The crushing and mixing of γ-Al2O3 and rare-earth-Zr compound oxide can improve the mixture uniformity.

  • Slurring the products when using, it is convenient for the users.

[Instruction]

  • Making the product to 35% slurry with water, adding 1% poly-vinyl alcohol, then adjusting the slurry to PH=2~3 with nitric acid.

  • The second spreading, if needed, should be performed after the coatings prepared by the first spreading have been solidified and dried.
